I am committed to making and selling the very best.  I use sterling silver, 14K gold (or more), precious and semi-precious stones.  "Only the real thing" is used here.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  I will repair or replace your piece if defective in material or workmanship free of charge with return postage paid.  All other repairs are done at a minimal charge plus materials (if any) and return postage.  Restringing charges: $20 per single strand plus postage.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped within two weeks.  Please call with any special request.  You never know unless you ask.  I ship all orders via UPS, which requires a street address for delivery.  Please include a daytime phone number and the best time to reach you.  Please note that all shipping charges are estimates only; if shipping charges are different from those estimated you will be notified by e-mail.

Payments
Checks, money orders, MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted.  With credit card payments, items are charged the day they are shipped.  Items will be shipped when checks or money orders are received.  Make checks and money orders payable to Harriet Forman Barrett.

Layaways
I will work with you to set up a payment schedule on one-of-a-kind items, interest free for up to one year, with a nonrefundable deposit.  Call and speak with me.  You'll be surprised how soon you can be wearing that special piece.
